I enjoyed reading your blog about cooking in iron pots. I have an iron skillet that I always use to make pineapple upside down cake.
My older sister just recently gave me some more iron pans and dutch ovens. You have inspired me to get them cleaned up and seasoned and see what I can cook in them.
